I can't log in. How do I reset my password?
If you're unable to log in to your POLYWOOD account, reset your password by entering the email address associated with your account on the password reset page. If you have an account on polywood.com, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Additional Information:
- If you use a Gmail-hosted email, e.g., @gmail.com, your password reset link may appear in the Promotions tab.
- For security reasons, we cannot verify login details or confirm whether a specific email address is associated with an account. If you think you haven’t registered yet, you can create a new account.

A: If you’re unsure which email address is associated with your account, try creating a new account using your email address. If the email is already in use, request a password reset instead.
Q: Why does requesting a password reset send me to the Account Dashboard?
A: If you're directed to the Account Dashboard page when resetting your password, it means you're currently logged in to your account. To change your password, choose the My Account tab, then select Change Password.
