Additional or Replacement Cushions & Parts
Where can I purchase replacement cushions or parts?
You can order replacement parts and cushions for POLYWOOD furniture through our Customer Experience Team. We'll gladly provide you with pricing information, assist with warranty claims, and help you with placing the order. As long as the product hasn’t been discontinued, you can still purchase the parts you need from us—even if it’s out of warranty.
Once ordered, replacement parts ship within about two weeks.
How can I tell if my replacement is covered under warranty?
Certain replacements may not be covered under warranty. If your replacement is not covered under warranty, a cost is associated with obtaining new parts.
Please read our warranties to determine if your replacement is covered.
How to Order Replacement Parts and Cushions
- We recommend filing a claim with our Customer Experience Team if the warranty covers your replacement. If not, you can still submit a request to our team to order parts and cushions for your furniture.
- Be thorough when filling out the form, and include relevant information such as the item's serial number and your original order details.
NOTE: We cannot sell parts that aren’t part of a product’s original design. For example, if you purchased a chaise lounge without wheels, we cannot sell wheels to attach to it. Modifying your chaise so you can add wheels will void the warranty.
Deep seating cushions are not currently available for purchase directly on polywood.com, but you can order replacements and extras by submitting a request to our Customer Experience Team. When you're filling out the online form, add the following details:
- The original order number for your deep seating furniture, the product SKU number, or the serial numbers for your deep seating cushions.
- The number of cushions you wish to purchase.
- The fabric color you want from our available selections.
Once we receive your request, our team will contact you with pricing information and can help you place an order.
NOTE: We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notice. If the original product is no longer available, we retain the right to choose to provide replacement material of equal value or quality.
