- Select "Check Order Status" located under "Customer Service.”
- Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order (providing additional information in the remaining fields will also help locate your order.)
If the system cannot find a matching order after two attempts, you will be directed to fill in a form. Once submitted, our Customer Experience Team will follow up with the status of your order.
