Under Customer Service, select Check Order Status. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order (additional information will be helpful in locating the correct order).
If the system is unable to find a matching order after two attempts, you will be directed to fill in a form. Once submitted, our Customer Experience Team will follow up with the status of your order.
