Returns
We want your outdoor space to feel perfect. If for any reason you are not delighted with your POLYWOOD purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll take care of the rest.
Our Customer Experience Team will be happy to help you find the perfect replacement, or to refund your purchase price in full.
Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and we will arrange a return with our carrier at your convenience. The carrier will come out to your location with the shipping label(s).
We require that all returned products be in their original packaging and in resellable condition upon return. If the original packaging is no longer available, please contact us for assistance.
Once your return is packaged and ready to go, please be sure to clearly write your provided RMA number on the outside of each box you are returning. This helps us identify the product when it is returned so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Please also make sure each product is carefully packed and properly sealed as we are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged. If any product is not returned in resellable condition, an adjustment to your refund may be necessary. If this occurs, a Customer Experience Team Member will reach out to notify you of any updates.
** Please note, any furniture returned after the 30 day period may be subject to additional charges/restocking fees.
