Order Status Updates
Once you have placed your order on polywood.com, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address used to place your order. This email will include your customer and order information, purchase order number, and an estimated shipping time frame.
Please note that we provide an estimated two-week time frame for shipping. The shipping window provided is only an estimate, and the order could ship earlier depending on availability.
You will receive another email while your order is in production. We understand that sometimes our lead times may become extended, but we are doing everything in our ability to get your furniture to you as soon as possible.
Before your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirming how your order will ship (by freight or parcel) and will explain the standard delivery process.
Once the furniture has been built, you will receive a shipment notification. This email will detail which carrier (FedEx, UPS, XPO, etc.) will be delivering your furniture and will include the tracking number.
You will receive a final email asking you to leave a review of your items. POLYWOOD values your opinion and we would love to hear your feedback.
