How do I make changes to the items on my order?
While we’re unable to change your order once it’s placed, we’d be happy to help you cancel the existing order and start a new one. Please note that new orders will be subject to current lead times and pricing.
To cancel your existing order and place a new one, please contact our Customer Experience Team.
However, we’re unable to adjust orders placed through other retailers. If you purchased POLYWOOD furniture from another merchant, please contact the retailer directly to make changes to your order.
