How do I make changes to my order?
We can make the following changes to your existing order without canceling it:
- Adding delivery instructions
- Correcting typos in the shipping address
If you wish to make other changes, such as those listed below, you can cancel the existing order and start a new one with your preferred options:
- Update item quantity
- Change the color or style of items
- Use a different payment method
- Ship to a different destination state
Please note, new orders will be subject to current lead times and pricing.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders placed within the last 2 hours:
Enter your order details on our Order Status page using the button below. After entering your information, you will see a cancellation link on the next screen.
Orders placed more than 2 hours ago:
If your order was placed more than 2 hours ago, please complete an Order Cancellation Request Form and our team will gladly assist you.
NOTES:
- Orders may be canceled for any reason before the item(s) have shipped. Once your order has shipped, you may take advantage of our 30-day no-hassle return/exchange policy.
- We’re unable to adjust orders placed through other retailers. If you purchased POLYWOOD furniture from another retailer, please contact them directly to make changes to your order.
