Purchasing Replacement Parts
Once an item is out of warranty, you are able to purchase replacement parts to prolong the life of your furniture. To purchase these replacement parts, please contact our Customer Experience Team with your item's serial number and/or order information. We will be glad to provide you with pricing for the item and assist you in placing the order.
Replacement parts ship within approximately two weeks.
Please note, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notifying the customer. If the original product is not available, we retain the right to choose to provide replacement material of equal value or quality.
