Delay or Reschedule a Ship Date
I won't be home or won't be ready to receive my shipment on the estimated date. Can I reschedule?
Once you place your order, you will be provided with an estimated ship date time frame. If you are not able to receive delivery during this time frame, please contact our Customer Experience Team to delay the shipment until you are able to receive delivery.
You will need to provide the following when requesting a ship date change:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- New ship date
There may be additional fees or holding charges associated with delaying an order once it has shipped.
Please note, you will need to request the delay in shipment 5-7 days prior to the first date of your current estimated ship date time frame.
