I won't be home or won't be ready to receive my shipment on the estimated date. Can I reschedule?
Once you place your order, you'll be provided with an estimated ship date time frame. If you cannot receive your shipment during this time frame, please contact our Customer Experience Team. We can delay the shipment until you're able to receive it.
NOTE: You must request the delay in shipment at least five (5) business days before the first date of your current estimated ship date time frame.
Please provide the following information when requesting a shipment delay:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- New ship date
NOTE: There may be additional fees or holding charges associated with delaying an order once it has shipped.
