To change the delivery address on your order, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team.
Please note, the request will need to be sent from the email used to place the order, or you will need to be able to confirm the current address and information on the order when you call.
Our Customer Experience Team will need to receive your request at least 5-7 days prior to your ship date to ensure the address can be changed.
What if My Order Has Shipped Already? Can I Still Change the Address?
If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to change the delivery address.
You will first need to confirm the order has not already been delivered. Once confirmed, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team (by phone preferably). We will reach out to your carrier to determine if there will be any additional charges associated with rerouting the shipment. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer once the order has shipped.
