All POLYWOOD products are built to order. Since we don't technically keep any items in stock, we're unable to offer exchanges.
However, if you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your product for a 100% refund within 30 days of delivery. Our Customer Experience Team will assist with your return request, and we can help you place a new order at that time so you can get the furniture you want. Keep in mind that the new order would be subject to current lead times.
