Where can I find the serial number for my furniture?
Each POLYWOOD product is identified by a unique serial number. For furniture, we place stickers containing barcodes and serial numbers on the backs or bottoms of products, such as table legs or seat undersides. Serial numbers for cushions and pillows are printed on their sewn-in tags.

- We recommend leaving serial number stickers or sewn-in tags on products. If you wish to remove the tags or stickers, write down which products they belong to and store them in a safe place. That way, you can reference them later for shopping, replacement, or warranty situations.
