I purchased my POLYWOOD furniture from a different retailer. Are my items still covered under warranty?
If you purchased POLYWOOD furniture online or in person from a big-box retailer, our Customer Experience Team can assist you with warranty claims for replacement parts and hardware.
For full unit replacements, you will need to contact the store where you made the original purchase and follow their warranty policies and procedures.
