How can I update my name, email address, or phone number linked to my POLYWOOD account?
You must be logged into your POLYWOOD account to update your personal information.
Once logged in, select the profile icon at the top of the page, then choose “Profile” in the account header. On this page, you can update your personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, addresses and saved payment information.

- Changes to your POLYWOOD account details will not apply to any orders already in progress.
