Where can I find my past order details?
If you were logged into your POLYWOOD account when placing your order, you can view your past orders in the My Orders section of the My Account menu.
If you weren’t logged in when placing your order, refer to the order confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase.
Additional Information:
- You must be logged into the same POLYWOOD account used when placing the order to view it in your order history.
- Orders placed as a guest will not appear in your account history.
