Where can I find my past order details?
Follow these steps to view your order history:
- Select the profile icon at the top of the page on polywood.com to log into your account, or access the login page here.
- Once logged in, select Orders at the top of the page.
Here you will see all of your current and past orders. You can select individual orders to see more details, such as order status, items purchased, and any available tracking information.
If you weren’t logged in when placing your order, refer to the order confirmation email sent to you at the time of purchase.
Additional Information:
- You must be logged into the same POLYWOOD account used when placing the order to view it in your order history.
- Orders placed as a guest will not appear in your account history.

A: Unfortunately, orders placed as a guest cannot be added to your account history. To ensure your order is stored in your account, log in before completing your purchase.
