Canceling an Order
To cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team with your name, order number, and request to cancel the order. If you email your request, your email must be sent from the email address used to place the order.
Once the order is canceled, you will receive a credit memo to your email confirming that the refund has been finalized. Depending on your banking institution, the credit may take 1–3 days to appear in your account.
