Can I change the delivery address on my order?
If your order hasn't been packed and labeled for shipment, we may be able to update the shipping address. Check the Order Status page for the latest updates on your order.
Please use the Chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to let us know about any address changes. Contacting us via Chat ensures a swift response, as address updates are time-sensitive. Support is available Monday through Friday, 8am–6pm ET, excluding U.S. holidays.

If my order has shipped already, can I still change the address?
If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to change the delivery address.
First, make sure the order has not already been delivered. Once confirmed, please request your shipping address change using the Chat icon in the bottom right corner of our site. Requesting address changes by chat allows us to respond as quickly as possible.
We'll contact your carrier to check for rerouting charges, which, if any, will be your responsibility after the order has shipped.
