Can I change the delivery address on my order?
If your order hasn’t been packed or labeled for shipment, you may still be able to update the shipping address. To check the current status of your order, visit the Order Status page.

If you're changing the shipping destination to a different state, you must cancel your existing order and place a new one. This ensures taxes are recalculated for the new destination. New orders will be subject to current lead times and pricing.
Since address changes are time-sensitive, we recommend using Chat for shipping address updates to ensure the fastest response.
How to request an address change:
- Select the Chat icon in the bottom right corner of the page.
- Provide your current address and order details for verification, then share your new shipping address.
