If your delivery location requires a gate or access code, you can include it during checkout:
Enter your gate or access code on the second address line in the Delivery step at checkout.
This is the only delivery-related information that should be added at the time of purchase.

Most delivery instructions are best handled directly with the carrier once your order ships.
We recommend creating a free account with the carrier delivering your order (such as FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice).
After your order ships, carriers may contact you regarding delivery timing or options.
When contacted, you can provide or update delivery instructions directly with the carrier using your tracking number or carrier account.
If you included the White Glove Experience on your order:
You can inform the carrier when they contact you to schedule your delivery or when they arrive in person to assemble your order.
