Can I add delivery instructions to my order?
We can add delivery instructions to orders that haven’t shipped yet.* Check your order status to see if it's eligible.
*NOTE: We cannot guarantee the delivery driver will notice special instructions on the label, and the decision to adhere to these notes is ultimately up to their discretion.
In our experience, adding simple instructions, such as a gate or access code, usually works well on the address label or the driver’s delivery paperwork (for freight LTL shipments).
If your order is shipping with FedEx or UPS, we recommend creating an account on the carrier's website to add specific instructions for your delivery.

For more detailed instructions, try leaving a written note in a noticeable spot, such as on your front door, where the delivery person can see it the day your order is set to arrive.

If your order ships via freight or LTL, the carrier will contact you before delivery. This service call is the perfect time to share special instructions. Learn more about freight and LTL shipments.

We cannot add White Glove delivery services to an order that does not already include this shipping method by default. This includes services such as bringing your order to a specified area of your home, assembling furniture, and removing pallets or packing materials. Learn more about White Glove Delivery.
