Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed due to tax calculation regulations.

A: If you need to cancel your order, the process varies based on how recently it was placed:
- Orders placed within the last two hours:
On the confirmation page that follows after completing your purchase, choose the Cancel my order option and follow the prompts to finish the cancellation process.
NOTE: You can also reach the confirmation page by selecting the View your order status button in your confirmation email. Additionally, if you were logged in when making your purchase, you can access this page by selecting the confirmed order in the Orders tab in your account.
