Tracking Numbers in Pending Status or Without Carrier Updates
I have a tracking number, but it still says "Pending." Is something wrong?
If you ordered outdoor furniture or accessories on polywood.com, we will notify you via email when your order ships. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. You can track your order online or over the phone with the carrier.
After your order leaves our facility, it can take between 1 and 4 business days for updated tracking information to appear in your account. This is because the order needs to be checked into the carrier's system before the information can be updated in our system.
Contact our Customer Experience Team if you do not see any updated information in your account within a week.
NOTE: If you purchased POLYWOOD furniture from one of our retail partners, you must contact them for information and status updates on your order.
