I have a tracking number, but it still says "Pending." Is something wrong?
If you ordered directly from polywood.com, we’ll notify you via email when your order ships. This email will include a shipment tracking number, but due to carrier processing, it may take 1–4 business days for tracking information to appear. Until then, the shipment status will show as "Pending."
Check Order Status
If you don’t see any further tracking updates within a week of shipment, submit a Missing Parcel Report and our team will gladly assist you.
Additional Information:
- If you purchased POLYWOOD furniture from a retail partner, you must contact them directly for order updates.
