I have a tracking number, but it still says "Pending." Is something wrong?
If you ordered furniture or accessories on polywood.com, we’ll notify you via email when your order ships.* Included in your email will be a shipment tracking number you can use to check your order status.
Once your order ships, it typically takes between one to four business days for the tracking information to show up in your account. This is because the carrier needs to process the order first before we can update the details on our end.
Contact our Customer Experience Team through our Chat feature if you do not see any updated information in your account within a week. Simply select the Chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen to start the conversation.
