I won't be home or won't be ready to receive my shipment on the estimated date. Can I reschedule?
Once you place your order, we’ll give you an estimated ship date range. If you can’t receive your shipment during this time frame, please use the Chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen to speak with our Customer Experience Team about rescheduling your shipment.* We can delay the shipment until you're free to receive it.**
*NOTE: You must request the delay in shipment at least five (5) business days before the first date of your current estimated ship date time frame.

Please share the following information when requesting a shipment delay:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Preferred ship date
