I didn't receive all of the items from my order yet. Are they missing?
Your order may arrive in more than one shipment. Once part or all of your order has shipped, we’ll email you with that shipment’s tracking information.
If you've received only part of your order or some furniture is missing from the initial delivery, check the tracking details to see if there are parcels still in transit. We encourage you to track your package online or over the phone with the carrier.
A multi-parcel—or multi-piece—shipment can be delivered on separate days at the carrier's discretion, so it's likely that the remainder of your order is still on its way.
Tracking Multi-Piece Shipments
Carriers like UPS and FedEx will designate one of the tracking numbers in your multi-parcel shipment as the "Master Tracking Number." Visit the carrier's website and use this number to track all the items in your order. There should be a section on the tracking page dedicated to multi-parcel shipments.
If tracking numbers are listed with a status other than delivered, this means additional parcels are on the way. Most carriers will include notes showing estimated delivery dates for the remaining items still in transit.
