How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, submit a request to our Customer Experience Team. Please include your name, order number, and other relevant information on the form. If you request an order cancellation through email, it must be sent from the same email address used to place the order.
Once the order is canceled, we’ll email you a credit memo confirming that the refund has been finalized. Depending on your banking institution, the credit may take 1–3 days to appear in your account.
NOTE: Orders may be canceled for any reason before the item(s) have shipped. Once your order has shipped, you may take advantage of our 30-day no-hassle return/exchange policy.
