Currently, POLYWOOD offers assembly services only for PW Designer Series products as part of our White Glove Experience.
For other POLYWOOD furniture, we recommend asking family or friends for assistance or hiring a local handyperson or assembly service for help.

POLYWOOD provides assembly instructions to make self-assembly easy. These are included with your order, but you can also find digital copies on our Assembly Instructions page. Basic tools and hardware are also included in your order.

Q: Which collections are part of the PW Designer Series?
A: PW Designer Series products include the Latitude, Elevate, and Estate collections. Products from the PW Designer Series include include premium delivery services as part of the White Glove Experience by default, meaning the furniture is assembled for you, placed where you want it, and the packing materials are removed from the site.
Q: Does POLYWOOD furniture come preassembled?
A: Some items arrive fully assembled, while others are designed for easy at-home assembly. To check whether an item requires assembly, review the Product Details section on the product's individual page.
Q: I’m missing hardware or some hardware pieces are incorrect. How can I get replacements?
A: For missing hardware like screws, bolts, or nuts, use our Self-Service Hardware Portal. Simply locate your product's serial number and request a free replacement pack—no warranty claim needed.
