Can I return or exchange my items?
If you're not delighted with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll take care of the rest.
Our Customer Experience Team is happy to help you set up a return and either find the perfect replacement or refund your purchase price in full.
NOTE: Replacement orders are subject to current lead times.
How does the return process work?
We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and arrange a return with our carrier at your convenience. The carrier will come to your location with the shipping label(s).
We require that all returned products be in original packaging and resellable condition upon return. If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us for assistance.
Once your return is packaged and ready to go, clearly write your RMA number on the outside of each box you're returning. This helps us quickly process your return.
Please ensure each product is carefully packed and properly sealed, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. If any returned product is not in resellable condition, an adjustment to your refund may be necessary. If this occurs, a Customer Experience Team member will reach out to notify you of any updates.
NOTE: Any furniture returned after the 30-day period may be subject to additional charges or restocking fees.
