What delivery services are included in the White Glove Experience?
We work with white-glove delivery providers to offer premium delivery and set-up services, including:
- Delivery
- On-site furniture assembly
- Furniture placement in your desired space
- Collection and disposal of all packaging materials
The White Glove Experience is offered in the contiguous U.S. You can find out if your address is eligible for White Glove Delivery at checkout.
Important Service Note:
The White Glove Experience includes furniture assembly and placement only. Installation of fire burner kits for fire pit tables, connecting burner kits to propane tanks, and installation of swing hanging systems are not included and must be arranged separately. White Glove Delivery also does not include old furniture removal or other specialized installation services.
Scheduling Your White Glove Delivery
After your order ships, our white-glove delivery provider will contact you directly to schedule the delivery and on-site assembly of your furniture once the shipment arrives at the final delivery hub. Scheduling communications may be sent via text message, email, or phone call, depending on the contact information provided with your order.

However, White Glove Delivery is included at no additional charge for PW Designer Series products.

A: If you completed your purchase less than two hours ago, you may be able to add the White Glove Experience to your order. Orders placed over two hours ago must be canceled and repurchased with the White Glove Experience option selected at checkout.

A: We recommend clearing and cleaning the space where your new furniture will be placed upon delivery. Additionally, ensure that the pathway to the space is free of obstacles to make service quick, safe, and efficient for our white-glove delivery providers. An adult (18 years or older) must be present and available during the scheduled delivery window to sign the proof of delivery form.
